開車 騎車ㄉ朋友們 注意了喔

詐騙新手法 ( 告車主肇事逃逸 ) 黃 小姐是在騎車中途 " 不小心撞上突然衝出來的人 " 這則車禍，對方表示沒有關係，人沒有什麼大礙，拍拍屁股就走了 黃 小姐以為沒事，但其實對方已經將車牌號碼與駕駛人與車輛的特徵記下持驗傷單報警並告上法院說她 " 肇事逃逸 " 黃 小姐冤枉的收到通知單，被撞的人要求賠償 30 萬現金也提不出任何證據證明自己當時已經和解 … 最後因為對方糾纏不清為了息事寧人省麻煩，也不想報警留下案底，以 10 萬元私下和解這是真實案例因為許多人對於這方面的法律常識並不清楚也想說撞到的人沒有大礙，殊不知這是詐騙案件，製造假車禍， 恐赫上法院告其肇事逃逸，留下刑事案底，遇到這類情況，請大家務必記住 1. 不管是否要和解或報警，都最好有第三者在場作證明 . ( 建議起碼以手機 拍照：碰撞處 + 雙方車牌 + 對照現場道路照片 + 地址及背景建築物 ) 2. 若對方堅持沒關係，也 務必要報警處理或者是立和解書 ( 請對方出示身份證明文件並簽字 ) 3. 如果對方 ( 假藉 ) 嫌麻煩而緊急離開，務必記下特徵或車牌號碼，到警局備案不然當收到驗傷單影本跟通知書時，要找證據證明自己沒有錯，就來不及了 …… ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 肇事逃逸屬公訴罪，若造成對方受傷 ( 那怕只是 一公分 的瘀青 ) ，是要坐牢的，難怪詐騙者敢獅子大開口。但若有人證、物證可證明絕無肇事逃逸，可當庭向檢察官提出對對方之誣告訴訟，一樣屬公訴罪，兩案會由同一檢察官 ( 或法官 ) 受理，一但肇事逃逸被判不成立，對方的誣告罪就極可能立即成立，換對方坐牢，可有效懲罰想借車禍詐騙的不良份子。
